Arend Hendriks joined Netgrowth in 2017 as Managing Director and founder. He is an experienced leader in the digital marketing space, specialist in marketing & sales of innovative technologies and building a supporting high performance organization. He has worked on the roll-out of this innovation from digital marketing (data-driven), telco and mobile industries to clients across Europe. He has successfully built Microsoft's online business in various European markets (e.g. Russia, Portugal and others). Arend currently works with clients looking to capitalize on the challenges and opportunities in marketing, media and communications.
Due to his background and experience with marketing executives from retail and FMCG companies (e.g. Nestlé, L'Oreal, Migros, etc.), Arend understands the promise and challenges of digitalization for marketing departments.
Arend leads teams to deliver outstanding results and delight customers with valuable solutions. He is a founding member of IAB Switzerland.

Ivonne Wild has been Key Account Manager at NetGrowth since 2018 and manages digital campaigns from the initial inquiry to the final evaluation. Thanks to her many years of experience, she knows which strategies are necessary to make a campaign a success.
Another focus of her work is providing targeted advice on targeting and audiences so that advertising messages reach the right target group. She professionally sets up campaigns in the relevant systems and continuously optimizes them based on the defined campaign objectives.
Ivonne Wild ensures maximum efficiency of the advertising campaigns through strategic management and data-based adaptation. She also creates detailed reports and evaluates the campaign results in order to provide clients with well-founded optimization suggestions for even better performance.

Her passion for communication and media became apparent early on: while studying journalism and communication science, business administration and sociology at the University of Zurich, she gained her first experience in advertising agencies. She enthusiastically seized the opportunity to develop and present her own TV travel magazine and traveled to 18 fascinating destinations within a year.
After completing her Master's degree, she worked as an editor at the evening newspaper “Blick am Abend”, where she reported on various lifestyle topics. However, her path led her back to marketing: as a project manager at Credit Suisse, she was able to successfully apply and deepen her expertise in marketing and journalism.
Over ten years ago, she took the plunge into self-employment. As the founder of Emovita, she has since taken on project management, finance and accounting as well as graphic design work for various companies. She also supports international companies with their PR activities in Switzerland.

Urs Flückiger is an experienced manager in the field of digital marketing and media management with a career spanning several decades. His professional career began in the late 1980s as a marketing assistant at Hallwag AG. From there, he continued his education in the media industry, initially in traditional print media and later with a strong focus on digital media. Stations such as IDG International Data Group, Goldbach Group and later the first start-ups shaped him and this is how his extensive Swiss and international media network came into being.
In addition to his involvement in Netgrowth GmbH, he is now a co-founder and strategic partner in various companies, including the media boutique Mediamint GmbH, the special interest publisher Carpe Media GmbH and the CRM specialist Mediamile Systems AG. Flückiger's deep understanding of digital strategies is also reflected in his involvement in important industry initiatives.
As a co-founder and long-standing board member of the IAB Switzerland Association and its managing director since 2020, he has helped develop numerous digital building blocks over the years and thus played a relevant role in shaping the future of the digital advertising market in Switzerland. Flückiger is also one of the driving forces behind DEX, Switzerland's largest digital specialist conference, which he has been responsible for for over 5 years.
Flückiger's career reflects the transformation of the media landscape and underlines his ability to adapt to and actively shape technological change.

Eric Hall is an independent consultant and founder of Halls of ... (www.hallsof.com), a consultancy specializing in digital strategy, thought leadership and business coaching.
Eric Hall has worked in the digital media and advertising industry since the late 1990s in international media and technology companies such as Hubert Burda Media, Scout24 Group, Microsoft Advertising, BurdaForward, United Internet Media, PubMatic and Salesforce.
As a leader in the digital industry, he has driven the digital transformation of media (e.g. BurdaForward), marketplaces (e.g. Scout24 Group), data (e.g. Salesforce) and advertising (e.g. PubMatic) by building successful and high-performing teams.
He has been actively involved in industry associations since 2003. Since 2014, he has been co-founder and chairman of the Programmatic Advertising focus group at the German Association of the Digital Economy (BVDW e.V.). He also heads various initiatives within the BVDW and is the host of the BVDW podcast “Chronisch Digital”.
Eric Hall is also a lecturer at Munich Business School, a founding member of Orange Ocean e.V. (environmental protection/ocean conservation) and a skipper for Sail For Kids (therapeutic sailing for disadvantaged children).
